Instructions
1. Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix well.
2. Adjust Seasoning
Add salt and pepper to taste. For more spice, add extra cayenne or hot sauce.
3. Chill
