Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 1 dozen Hawaiian dinner rolls
- ¾ lb very thinly sliced deli roast beef
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 8 slices cheddar cheese (or 1 cup shredded cheddar)
For the Buttery Topping:
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prep the Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keeping them connected).
Step 2: Layer the Ingredients
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Layer the sliced roast beef over the BBQ sauce.
- Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.
Step 3: Make the Buttery Topping
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Brush the buttery mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
Step 4: Bake Until Golden & Gooey
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
- Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes, then cut them apart and serve warm.
