Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Meat Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess grease and add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated.

Step 4: Assemble the Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread half of the meat sauce in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti over the sauce.
  4. Pour the remaining meat sauce over the top.
