Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Meat Sauce
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess grease and add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Mixture
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated.
Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the meat sauce in the bottom of the dish.
- Layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti over the sauce.
- Pour the remaining meat sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dish.
Step 5: Bake to Perfection
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot!
