Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

The ultimate creamy baked pasta dish for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of spaghetti

  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup of sour cream

  • 1 pound of ground beef

  • 1 (24 oz) jar of marinara sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.

  4. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.

  5. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. In a baking dish, layer half the spaghetti, then cream cheese mixture, beef sauce, and half the mozzarella. Repeat layers.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
