Pro Tips for the Best Apple Cheesecake Tacos
✔️ Use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp Apples – For the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.
✔️ Don’t Overfill the Tacos – A little cheesecake filling goes a long way!
✔️ Make Ahead – Prepare the components separately and assemble when ready to serve.
✔️ Baked Version – Instead of frying, brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes until crispy.
