Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 mins.
  2. Drain and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Air fry at 375°F for 15–18 mins, shaking halfway.
  4. Toss immediately with Parmesan, parsley, and melted butter (if using).
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.

Storage: Fridge: Up to 2 days
Reheat: Air fry 3–5 minutes at 350°F

Notes: Add truffle oil, cayenne, or mozzarella to level up flavor!
