Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 mins.
- Drain and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry at 375°F for 15–18 mins, shaking halfway.
- Toss immediately with Parmesan, parsley, and melted butter (if using).
- Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.
Storage: Fridge: Up to 2 days
Reheat: Air fry 3–5 minutes at 350°F
Notes: Add truffle oil, cayenne, or mozzarella to level up flavor!
