Made with soft Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, crunchy almonds, dark chocolate, and flaky sea salt, these little treats taste just like caramel-filled candy bars—but with no refined sugar and all-natural ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ¼ cup almonds (or peanuts)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping


Instructions

1. Prep the Dates

  • Slice each Medjool date open (without cutting all the way through).
  • Remove the pit and gently open up the date like a pocket.

2. Fill with Peanut Butter & Almonds

  • Spread ½ teaspoon of peanut butter inside each date.
  • Stuff with 1-2 whole almonds for crunch.

3. Dip in Dark Chocolate

  • Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Using a fork, dip each stuffed date halfway into the chocolate.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle with Sea Salt

  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

5. Chill & Enjoy!
