Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ¼ cup almonds (or peanuts)
- ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
1. Prep the Dates
- Slice each Medjool date open (without cutting all the way through).
- Remove the pit and gently open up the date like a pocket.
2. Fill with Peanut Butter & Almonds
- Spread ½ teaspoon of peanut butter inside each date.
- Stuff with 1-2 whole almonds for crunch.
3. Dip in Dark Chocolate
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each stuffed date halfway into the chocolate.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle with Sea Salt
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
5. Chill & Enjoy!
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
