Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale (rich in vitamins A, C, and K, plus iron and fiber)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (adds natural sweetness and contains bromelain for digestion)
- 1 large cucumber (hydrating, refreshing, and rich in antioxidants)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (boosts vitamin C and adds a zesty flavor)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash the spinach (or kale), cucumber, and pineapple thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the cucumber into smaller chunks.
- If using fresh pineapple, remove the outer skin and cut into chunks.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Step 2: Blend
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with 1/2 cup of water (or coconut water for extra hydration).
- Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Strain (Optional)
- For a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
- If you prefer a thicker juice with more fiber, you can skip this step.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Pour the juice into a glass and drink immediately for maximum freshness.
- Optionally, add ice cubes for a chilled experience.
