  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and lightly grease a 9x13x2-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, pepper jack cheese, heavy cream, melted butter, sour cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers, bacon, remaining Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the potato mixture.
