Ingredients

1½ lbs ground beef

1 small onion, diced

1 (15 oz) can Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce

2–3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder, splash of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in Manwich sauce and optional spices. Simmer 5–10 minutes.

Spread beef mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Sprinkle half the cheese over the meat layer.

Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
