Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
1 tbsp brown sugar
-
1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, and broth in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side. Remove.

Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, and onion until crisp-tender.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Pour in sauce, stir, and add cornstarch slurry to thicken.

Return shrimp and toss everything together.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot! 🍤🥦🥢
