1 cup shredded ranch rotisserie chicken 🍗 (famous, flavorful substitute for bacon)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍽️

1/2 cup crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor) 🔥
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and cream of chicken soup with an electric mixer until smooth.
3️⃣ Add Cheese and Chicken:
Stir in mozzarella and shredded ranch rotisserie chicken until evenly combined.
4️⃣ Prepare Chicken Breasts:
Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket (don’t cut all the way through).
5️⃣ Stuff the Chicken:
Spoon the creamy mixture into each chicken pocket, then fold over the top half. Arrange the stuffed chicken in your prepared baking dish.
6️⃣ Coat the Chicken:
Brush the tops with the beaten egg to help the crust stick.
7️⃣ Add the Doritos Crust:
Sprinkle crushed Doritos over each piece, pressing gently so they stick.
8️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 33 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F / 74°C) and the top is golden and crisp.
