Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, and broccoli florets.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, potatoes, and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out smoothly.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter, stirring until the breadcrumbs are well coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15β20 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
