Ingredients

1 teaspoon oil

1 pound pizza dough

1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

⅓ pound Italian sausage

⅓ cup pepperoni, diced

⅔ cup pizza sauce

½ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

Lightly oil the bottom (not sides) of a 9-inch cake pan.

Press dough into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese over dough.

Add raw Italian sausage over cheese, then diced pepperoni.

Spread pizza sauce on top.

Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
