  • ΒΌ cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Brown the Beef:
    In a 3-quart saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
  • SautΓ© Veggies:
    In the same saucepan, melt 1 tbsp of butter. SautΓ© the onion, carrots, parsley flakes, basil, and celery until tender, filling your kitchen with holiday aromas.
  • Add Broth & Potatoes:
