- ΒΌ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown the Beef:
In a 3-quart saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside. - SautΓ© Veggies:
In the same saucepan, melt 1 tbsp of butter. SautΓ© the onion, carrots, parsley flakes, basil, and celery until tender, filling your kitchen with holiday aromas. - Add Broth & Potatoes:
