Ingredients
For the Bread:

2 cups diced strawberries

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup oil

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1–2 tbsp additional flour (for coating berries)
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

3–4 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup finely diced strawberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.

Toss strawberries with extra flour and fold into batter.

Pour batter into prepared pan (only 1/2–3/4 full).

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before glazing.

Make glaze: Mix powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, and strawberries.

Pour glaze over cooled bread and let it set before slicing.
