Ingredients
For the base:

1Β½ cups puffed rice cereal

Β½ cup peanut butter

Β½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp honey (optional)
For the nougat:

2 tbsp butter
-
β cup powdered sugar

Β½ tsp vanilla extract
For banana & caramel:

2 ripe but firm bananas, sliced

20 soft caramel candies
-
2 tbsp heavy cream
For ganache topping:

ΒΎ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
ΒΌ cup heavy cream
Topping (optional):

Dried banana chips
-
Flaky sea salt

Chopped peanuts

Instructions

Base: Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips. Mix with puffed rice. Press into lined 8×8 pan. Chill.

Nougat: In a saucepan, melt peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Spread over base. Chill 15 mins.

Banana Layer: Add sliced bananas in an even layer.

Caramel: Melt caramels with cream. Pour over banana layer. Chill again.

Ganache: Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Let sit 1 min, then stir smooth. Pour over caramel.

Top and Chill: Garnish with banana chips, salt, or nuts. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Slice & Serve: Use a hot knife for clean cuts.
