Ingredients

2 slices of bread

3 tsp salted butter, softened

½ banana, peeled and sliced

3 tsp mascarpone cheese

1 tsp honey
Instructions

Butter the bread: Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.

Assemble: On the non-buttered sides, layer sliced banana, mascarpone, and drizzle with honey.

Close: Place the second slice on top, buttered side out.

Grill: Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Slice & enjoy: Cut in half and serve hot.
