Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 3 tsp salted butter, softened

  • ½ banana, peeled and sliced

  • 3 tsp mascarpone cheese

  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Butter the bread: Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.

  2. Assemble: On the non-buttered sides, layer sliced banana, mascarpone, and drizzle with honey.

  3. Close: Place the second slice on top, buttered side out.
