- 1⁄4 cup butter, divided
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream

- Begin by combining the salt, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Generously coat each chicken breast with the seasoning mix, ensuring even coverage.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and melt half of the butter. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for about 7 to 8 minutes, turning once, until each side is golden and the chicken is nearly cooked through.
- Lower the heat and pour the heavy cream into the skillet around the chicken. Simmer for several minutes, stirring gently, until the sauce thickens.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet, stirring until it is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
